18 YEARS EXPERIENCE
18 years ago, my husband called to tell me he killed a hog in the swamp and needed help dragging it out. Little did I know this first hog would lead to Hog Cutters Trapping Company.
Even five months pregnant with our first son, we managed to drag it out and process the meat. Not only did this lead to a great family tradition, but a thriving business.
After the first hog, my husband became obsessed with eliminating hogs from our farm. At first, my husband was content just hunting, but soon he built traps to catch them. Both of our sons got their first hog kills with they were each five years old.
Zeb’s first hog.
Wyatt’s first hog.
When my husband’s mother came to visit, she hunted the swamp with our boys and sat in on another big hog kill, I knew then this was a family tradition.
We continued to take our skills of hog hunting and trapping to other friends properties’ and the tradition continued. Last year a friend asked us for some help with hog problem on his 1,000 acres of corn farm so we purchased our first JAGER PRO hog trap.
After a few months of baiting the hogs, we trapped 36 hogs the first time we dropped the JAGER PRO gate!
It was then I realized we should offer our years of experience to others than just friends. We are a family of hunters.
We want to help local farmers gain peace of mind, knowing their crops and investment is safe guarded from these local pests.
We finally joined the JAGER PRO family!
